Winners will participate in an educational program that includes an educational visit to Arkadi and an official awards ceremony.
The central theme focuses on the Arkadi Voluntary Sacrifice of November 8-9, 1866. Students are invited to create a poster or a short film inspired by one of the following prominent figures associated with the heroic defense of the Holy Monastery of Arkadi during the Cretan Revolution against the Ottomans:
- Abbot Gabriel Marinakis
- Ioannis Dimakopoulos
- Kostis Giaboudakis
